Billy Kain Faces Lawsuit
Florida rapper Billy Kain is at the center of a lawsuit filed by two Florida producers who claim they are owed advances and royalties from Kain's singles "Bang Bang" and "Zoe Boy Anthem". Banana boat beatz and Majasounds beats filed suit against the rapper and VVS South Entertainment in the Superior Court of Orange County in the state of Florida.
The producers claim they entered into an oral agreement with Billy Kain and VVS South in July of 2004, agreeing to producer his album, released on a Young Money Records in March of 2005.

According to the lawsuit Wallace claims that he is owed a total of $20,500 in advances, plus a 3% royalty rate of the retail sales for each album that was sold and Jameson claims that he is owed a total of $30,000. Both men are seeking a combined total of $400,000 in damages.
